Answer Ant is a service of Ridgeworth Group.

Trial request

When you request a trial, we collect the business name, your name, email, phone number, optional website, and whether you want a trial or a live demo. We use that to contact you and set up the receptionist. A new request is also emailed and texted to Ridgeworth Group.

Call summaries

When the receptionist answers a forwarded call, we email a summary to the address for that business. The summary can include the caller’s name, callback number, and what they asked.

Site visits

The public pages use Google Analytics to record which pages are visited. We use that to see which pages people use.

We do not sell this information.
